When will my order be shipped after purchase ?

Order processing takes 1 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Regarding delivery time, it only takes 2 working days since we use express delivery. es we know, we are very fast!

 

Can I return my order for an exchange or a refund?

Puravida Glow only accepts returns, exchanges or refunds for products that are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of the date of purchase. There will be no refund for products that have been opened or returned damaged. There will also be no refunds for orders placed more than 30 days ago. To return a product, please contact us via email at Hello@puravidaglow.ca. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
